Absolute worse customer service! Ondina was very rude and unprofessional. My very first visit there I left nearly in tears. She had the most negative energy I've ever seen. Fortunately for me, I eventually found a fantastic place that I trust with my hair - real professionals. So in a way, I'm thankful for her bad attitude. Never again would I attempt to have any services done by Styles Beauty Salon.
